In the spirit of aloha for our Piʻilani, and to uplift the voices of the people of Maui, we have made the conscious decision to move the 22nd Annual Native Hawaiian from Oahu to Maui.

While the convention will continue to delve into timely and relevant discussions around culture, economic development, education, housing, health, tourism, and community development, there will be a special focus on Maui, its people, its history, and the future that it seeks.

To further support our Maui community, the convention will feature a large marketplace that will emphasize Maui-made products. A fleet of Maui restaurants and food trucks will provide food options for all attendees. There will also be a large fair for Maui residents seeking employment opportunities.

Registration

Registration for impacted Maui residents will be waived. Impacted Maui residents can register to attend the convention at our Kāko’o Maui Resource Center located at Maui Mall.

Convention Fees:

  • CNHA Members: $100
  • Non-CNHA Member: $175
  • Impacted Maui Residents: NO CHARGE (see above)

Registration will include:

  • Full access to all 4 days of convention activities (Agenda link)
  • $30 in food vouchers that can be redeemed at food trucks
  • Discounted rates to partnering hotels
  • Hosted lunch on final day of convention (members only)

As a bonus, ticket includes admission to Keiki Hula Hōʻike event happening on Tuesday, November 14 from 5pm to 7pm at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center.
