Founded in 2012, Hawaii Chocolate and Cacao Association's mission is to promote the emerging chocolate and cacao industry in Hawaii. We work diligently to assure the health of our industry and provide education and information to our members and the public.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday - $300.00 (includes Cacao 101) OR Saturday/Sunday - $250.00

- Cacao 101 - 10:00am - 4:00pm (lunch included)
- All you need to know - from farm management, fermenting, blending, and storage - and everything in between!

HCCA Annual Conference - Entrepreneurs Sandbox - 643 Ilalo St, Honolulu
- Programming - 8:30am - 1:00pm (breakfast and lunch included)

- State of the Industry featuring Will Lydgate and Dylan Butterbaugh
- Is Chocolate Healthy? A Doctor's Perspective with John Clarke from Stanford Medicine

- Networking Dinner and Cacao Olympics - 5:00pm - 10:00pm (dinner included)
