Autumn Equinox - Cacao & Sound Ceremony
🍂 Autumn Equinox Cacao & Sound Ceremony
Friday 25th September 2026 | 7:00–8:30pm
The Humble Hub, St Leonards
An intimate gathering for just 8 people
Join me for a beautiful evening of ceremonial cacao, connection and sound as we gather just after the Autumn Equinox to honour the turning of the season.
The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance, when day and night meet before we begin our journey into the quieter, darker half of the year.
Traditionally, this time of year is connected with the harvest, making it a beautiful opportunity to pause and acknowledge our own inner harvest too.
What have you grown?
What are you grateful for?
What are you ready to release?
And what do you want to carry with you into the season ahead?
What to expect
We’ll begin together in circle, where you’ll be invited to slow down, arrive fully into the space and connect with your intention for the evening.
I’ll then prepare and serve ceremonial-grade Chuncho cacao as we explore the themes of the Autumn Equinox: balance, gratitude, harvest and release.
From there, you’ll be invited to get cosy and lie down for an immersive live Sound Journey.
I’ll weave together crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, drum, gong, chimes, rain, voice and other instruments intuitively, allowing the sound and vibration to carry you into a space of deep rest and inner connection.
There is nothing you need to achieve and no particular experience you need to have.
Simply come as you are and allow yourself the space to receive.
🌱 Cacao & reciprocity
The Chuncho cacao I work with comes from Peru and reciprocity is an important part of how I choose to work with this plant.
20% of the cacao contribution goes directly back to farmer Demetrio, supporting the people and land behind the cacao we are privileged to share.
🎟 Tickets
£55 – Individual ticket
£100 – Bring a Friend
Two places for you and someone you’d love to share the evening with.
Only 8 spaces are available to keep this gathering intimate.
What to bring
Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing.
Mats, blankets and pillows are welcome if you have favourites that help you feel extra cosy. You’re going to be lying down for the Sound Journey, so comfort is encouraged!
You may also like to bring a journal if you feel called to write before or after the ceremony.
Important cacao information
Ceremonial cacao isn’t suitable for everyone, so please let me know before attending if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart condition or significant blood-pressure concerns, or are taking medication that may interact with cacao.
If cacao isn’t suitable for you, please contact me before booking so we can discuss whether an alternative would be appropriate.
