Description:

This years annual HBAM BBQ will be held at the Sunray Cafe, which is in the The Pavilion, 36a Barford Road, Blunham, United Kingdom, MK44 3ND , on Sunday 26th July. There will be four separate rideins, starting from Bourne End Services, Baldock Services, Flitwick (Tesco's Car Park) and Hatfield(Tesco's Car Park). Please choose the most suitable BBQ ticket, depending on your preferred start location and membership status, using the registration link.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to go direct to the venue, or will be coming as a pillion, then please choose just a BBQ only ticket (member or non-member).

Partners and guests are more than welcome to join in, so just purchase a non-HBAM members ticket.

The event will start at the Sunray Cafe from 3pm, with the four rideins expected to arrive at around 3.30pm. Food will be available at approximately 4pm.

Arranging the BBQ on a Sunday afternoon/evening will hopefully make it more of a family event and there will be band playing as well, to add a little bit extra.

There will be a BBQ, with a chef serving and your food choice is made when registering:

Burgers-

Cheese burger, in a brioche bun.

Butternut squash and chickpea veg curry (gluten free) .

Marinated Jerk chicken with pineapple salsa, in a brioche bun.

Mac and Cheese (veg).

Chilli, Rice and Nachos.

Sides-

Homemade coleslaw, Potato salad, Mixed leaf salad, Vegetable rice salad.

Desserts-

There will be a selection of desserts available, after the BBQ.

Please note there is a small fee of £14.00 for the HBAM Members and £18.50 for non-HBAM members applied to the tickets this year.

Registration will close on the 20th July, to allow the venue to plan the event numbers.

We consider the ride brief an important part of joining, as information given could be specific to this ride.

These are All Members Ride, so all members are welcome.
