HBAM Volunteer Weekend 2026

This event is for HBAM Volunteers (Committee, Ambassadors, Ride Leaders & Observers)

HBAM will fund a dinner on the Saturday evening for volunteers who attend, to thank you for giving up your time for the Club. We have chosen the Breckland Lodge again, as it worked well last year and they currently have quite a few rooms available to accommodate as many people as possible. Depending on your room choice, we would also be pleased to welcome your partner, or family to join in for the dinner, so feel free to extend this invitation to them, although please note that the Club can only fund the dinner cost for the volunteers.

Pre-orders for food will be required for all evening meals, so please take a look at the menu on the hotel website below when you can. A reminder for the food orders will be sent out at least 2 weeks prior to the event. 

Food and Drinks - Breckland Lodge, Attleborough

Please book and pay for your hotel rooms and secure your place by registering using this Ticket Tailor event link and not directly with the hotel. There is an Access Code for the the tickets, which is shown on the invitation email.

Breakfast is available at extra cost. This can be added for anyone and paid for when booking the room, so just add breakfast in necessary.

The rooms will only be held for a short period by the hotel, so please don't delay, to avoid disappointment.

Note: A ridein is planned, starting at Baldock Services. The ridein will be available for registration separately, if you want to join the ride to the Breckland Lodge. Alternatively, you can obviously just meet at the hotel in the afternoon/evening.
