Hudson Community Choruses presents our 2022 Spring Concert, The Joy of Living, featuring the Hudson Community, Youth, and Children's Choruses – Sunday, May 1 at 4 p.m. at Christ Church Episcopal, 21 Aurora Street, Hudson.

In order to protect the health and safety of both performers and audience the Hudson Community Choruses are performing in accordance with CURRENT CDC guidelines for indoor singing. All members of the chorus will be masked and vaccinated. Audience members are urged to be vaccinated if eligible. No proof of vaccination is required for audience members.

Please note the following terms and conditions that are necessary for us to hold an in-person concert during these times:

• Photography and Recording are prohibited
• Phones must be silenced or turned off during the performance
• All attendees shall be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccinations. Health and safety protocols for the event may change up to the date of the event, so pay attention to all communications from Hudson Community Choruses.
• No refunds will be issued. In the event of cancellation, purchased tickets may be used for admission to a future concert. Proof of purchase is required for redemption.

You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against the Hudson Community Chorus, Inc., and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, board members, employees, volunteers, members, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in law and in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault, failure to act, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expense, or loss or damage to property, which you, your heirs, assigns, next of kin, and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may accrue on your behalf, which arise from your attendance and/or participation in a Hudson Community Chorus, Inc., function.
