Suitable for: Beginners with some experience... and those at intermediate level. Excercise alternative for both levels are provided.

What to Expect
- Small, friendly and welcoming classes
- Teacher fully observes, instructs and supports. Alternative options given.
- Not competitive. Work at your level.
- A wide variation of exercises every week
The Goal: Build long-term strength, mobility and body confidence - no quick fixes, just consistent progress.

Booking Options: Weekly tickets. You can select 4-5 weeks within the same calendar month only and use a discount code (I can provide). Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable to other weeks or months.
