Bushey Soundbath Class (1 Hour)

*Venue: Rosary Priory, Niland Conference Centre, 93 Elstree Road, Bushey Heath, WD23 4EE.   On occasions where the Niland Centre is not available, an alternative Bushey venue will be used (Such as St Margaret's Sports Centre or Little Bushey School). 

Description:
These deeply relaxing sound classes are designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Each session begins with a gentle, easy-to-follow guided meditation, incorporating breathwork, body relaxation, and intention setting to help quiet the mind and bring you into the present moment. You’ll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound (calming the brain, much like white noise does). Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls. Tibetan bowls, gongs etc.

This is a powerful yet simple way to calm the mind, body, and nervous system, leaving you feeling grounded, balanced, and restored.

Everyone is welcome:
All you need to do is lie down or sit comfortably and relax. Sound has been used to support wellbeing for over 4,000 years across many cultures around the world.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat (some available, but feel free to bring your own)
• 1–2 cushions or pillows for head and knees (to support lower back)
• A blanket for comfort
• Bottle of water
• Optional: Eye mask
