Finding Calm and Connection
Join us for an experiential program led by Texas State University professor Rob Dussler, and explore how mindfulness can help us be fully present in the moment, decrease stress, and improve nature connection. This workshop will provide participants with an overview of the origins and philosophy of mindfulness as well as practices for implementation in daily life. This is an experiential program, utilizing the nature spaces at Headwaters at the Comal as a perfect setting to practice mindfulness and amplify nature connection.
