Twilight Tours: What's in Bloom

Take a leisurely stroll through Headwaters with Program Coordinator Jack Downey to discover what annuals, perennials, shrubs, and ornamental trees are in bloom. Enjoy the sights, shapes, colors, smells, and pollinators that fill Headwaters in the summer courtesy of the native plants found throughout our native prairie and riparian restoration areas. You'll also learn some of the basics of seed collection to help better cultivate your own garden. Bring your own scissors and container and you can even take home your own native bouquet.

Advanced Registration is required.

The guided tour will begin at 7pm and last approximately one hour. After the tour visitors can collect wildflowers, explore on their own, or enjoy the open air pavilion.
