Description
Take a break from daily stresses to relax and restore yourself at the Headwaters.
Last entry is one hour before closing time.
We are open for visitors to walk the grounds, explore, or sit and enjoy nature in our open air pavilion.
Registration
- Please register everyone in your party including any small children.
- Please enter through the gate on Klingemann Street and park in the designated visitor spots.
- If you need to make any changes to your reservation or are no longer able to attend, please let us know by calling 830-608-8937 or emailing info@headwatersatthecomal.org.
- Ticket sales are final and will not be refunded. In case of inclement weather, you will be notified of any closings by Headwaters staff and your visit will be rescheduled or refunded.
Safety Guidelines
- While visiting, be aware of your surroundings. Keep an eye out for trip hazards, wildlife, and low hanging branches.
- Please notify Headwaters staff if you observe any unsafe conditions during your visit.
- Trails are not ADA accessible.
- Please do NOT enter the construction site for any reason.
- Please stay on the designated paths to prevent safety concerns, and to help preserve native plant life and animal habitats.
- Dogs are welcome, but must be on leash at all times. Please clean up any waste.
- Observe, don't disturb. In order to protect yourself and our wildlife, please do not approach or feed any animals that you see.
- Keep nature with nature. Please do not collect plants or nature objects on your visit.
- No bicycles are allowed on the trail. Please keep them in the parking lot.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed onsite.
