A Gentle Invitation to Breathe
You're invited to experience the power of your breath and discover how it can gently change the way you feel.
Maybe your days are filled with endless to-do lists. Perhaps you feel the pressure to keep going, always being the one who holds it all together. You're looking after everyone else, but who is looking after you?
Over time, life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. We carry stress in our shoulders, tightness in our chest, a knot in our stomach, or simply forget what it feels like to slow down and just be.
Conscious Connected Breathwork offers you the opportunity to pause.
Through this guided breathing practice, you'll be gently supported to reconnect with your body, quiet the constant chatter of the mind, and create space for whatever needs to soften, release, or simply be acknowledged.
You don't need any previous experience, and there's nothing you need to achieve. There is no right or wrong way to experience this journey. Simply arrive exactly as you are and allow your breath to guide you.
Your breath is one of the most powerful resources you already have for supporting your wellbeing. It can help regulate your nervous system, ease tension held within the body, and invite a deeper sense of calm, presence and connection.
Every breathwork journey is unique. Some people leave feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful, while others experience greater clarity, emotional release, renewed energy, or a gentle sense of coming home to themselves. Whatever your experience, you'll be supported throughout.
If your heart is longing for a moment to slow down, let go, and simply breathe, this space is for you.
About Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a gentle, continuous breathing practice where the inhale flows into the exhale without pauses. Guided throughout the session, this rhythmic style of breathing helps you move out of the thinking mind and into a deeper connection with your body.
Many people find it helps them release stress and tension, feel more grounded, reconnect with themselves, and experience a deep sense of relaxation. Others notice greater emotional awareness, clarity, creativity, or simply the opportunity to rest in a way they haven't for a long time.
Everyone's experience is completely unique. You're invited to come with an open mind and curiosity, while always honouring your own body and what feels comfortable for you.
My work is trauma-informed, meaning you'll always be encouraged to go at your own pace. Your safety, choice, consent and nervous system are at the heart of every session.
During breathwork, you may experience some of the following:
• Tingling in the hands, feet or face
• Changes in body temperature
• Gentle shaking or tremors as the body releases built-up tension
• Emotional release, such as laughter or tears
• A deep sense of relaxation or inner calm
All of these can be natural responses during breathwork, and you'll be supported throughout your experience.
