This is a rare and exciting opportunity to spend a day moving, and pausing, alongside a group of incredible musicians - including Dance Kew's "Live Rhythms" - with a wide range of varied instruments. We will explore diversity - our differences and similarities - through the diverse forms of live instrumentation and sound healing, as they land with our bodies and souls. The day will include conscious dance, live music, reflection, sharing, and a sound bath. 

The day will be facilitated by Sargam Picker. Sargam is a skilled HCPC registered movement and drama therapist (creative arts therapy) & supervisor, curator of soulful sacred spaces, musician, dance and music lover of over 20 years experience. She facilitates creative and therapeutic spaces, including regular conscious dance/movement spaces, constellations groups, supervision, therapeutic trainings and more. Sargam has a particular passion for collating diverse musical sounds in a soulful and uplifting way, with the intention of bringing variety, healing and depth to the conscious dance floor.
