Monthly soulful conscious movement & dance sessions led by Sargam Picker to fabulous diverse music, with heart centred community, in a beautiful sacred space. 

On the first Monday of each month, the dance is usually followed by 30-40 minutes of Kirtan - singing sacred mantra chants together, or a healing sound-bath with Claire, to conclude our soulful uplifting evening.

Sargam is a skilled movement & drama therapist & supervisor, holder of soulful sacred space, musician, dance and music lover of over 20 years experience.

 Please come at the beginning & stay till the end. This is a phone free, chat free, alcohol/intoxicant/drug-free conscious dance space. Side entrance of church.
