✨️ Shamanic Rituals: We will together journey & seek the answers from our Ancestors to help us live freely, freeing ourselves from all that holds us back. Releasing all of the old, creating the new and taking what is rightfully ours back. We will journey with our ancestors using our breath & sound medicine.

🧘 Guided Mindfulness, Meditation & Sound Baths: Let go of daily stress with guided exercises designed to help you center, breathe, and be fully present.

🔥 Campfire Talks & Reflections: Gather around the fire for open, honest conversations about life, purpose, and transformation.

🤝 Explore the depths of men's work. Shine a light on your shadow. We will begin the journey to identify our shadow and learn how we can navigate and grow in this space as men. 

🍇 Indulge in delicious organic non processed food, created by our master chef Llyod @ Spirit.foodie. We will eat like Kings, learn about how food effects our everyday life, strength and mood. Llyod will create food for the soul, to be fully nourished & nurtured. 

🪘Celebrate with the amazing Johnathan Barlow. A gifted musician and dear friend. Experience the magic of Djembe drumming. Learn something new and feel the rhythm of life run through your bones. Johnathan will guide us through a fun filled free flow djembe workshop.
