Held in the beautiful space of Nin Yoga Penrith, this is a curated 4-hour wellness experience that will guide you through movement, stillness, nourishment, and connection. If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, disconnected, burnt out, or stuck in constant “go mode,” this morning is designed to help you slow down and reconnect. Expect to leave feeling grounded, calmer, refreshed, and deeply connected.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Active Mat Pilates -  A full-body active pilates session to get the heart rate up, elevate your energy, and awaken you to the day.

🌬️ Beginners Breathwork & Meditation - A short and gentle guided breathwork practice leading into meditation, to regulate the nervous system and deepen presence

🧘 Mobility Flow - Slow movement to stretch the body and release tension

🍓 Shared Brunch & Conscious Conversation - A nourishing picnic-style brunch, prepared by our nutritionist, shared together alongside gentle conversation prompts designed to encourage authentic and meaningful conversation.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Do I need experience?
No experience is needed at all. This event is beginner friendly and supportive.

Is breathwork intense?
The breathwork component will be a gentle introduction to conscious breathing practices. We begin with a few light rounds of conscious connected breathwork before moving into slower pranayama and then restful guided meditation

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many people attend these events solo. This experience is create to encourage gentle connection, and you'll be welcomed the moment you walk through the door.

What fitness level is this for?

All fitness levels are welcome. The movement practices can be adjusted, regressed, or scaled to suit your comfort and experience level. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace throughout the morning.
