Deeper Connection to Rewilding
Deeper Connection to Rewilding
Deeper Connection to Rewilding at Heal Somerset with Julia Galbenu
Take a deep breath and awaken your senses to nature’s wonders. Through meditation, movement, and sensory exploration, we’ll discover how these practices can help us notice more wildlife and engage with nature in a deeper way. Wandering through our recently rewilded nature reserve, this experience weaves together science and mindfulness, and will be a gentle practice that can be adapted to suit all needs and experience levels.
Who’s Welcome
Everyone is welcome, but please leave dogs at home. Wear sturdy footwear as the
ground can be uneven and muddy if wet. Please bring water, layers and something
to sit or lie down on. An all-terrain tramper is available for anyone who would
like to use it, and all activities can be adapted for the tramper use.
