Healthier Together is the name given to the Integrated Care System for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

The Integrated Care System (ICS) is comprised of ten partner organisations, including the three Local Authorities in our area, NHS Trusts, the Integrated Care Board and community and General Practice providers.

Together, we work to improve health and wellbeing, reduce inequalities, and provide integrated services for the one million people living in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
