This interactive and practical workshop builds confidence in facilitating groups through change and innovation. Participants explore how to design effective group processes, create safe and inclusive environments, and encourage open participation from diverse voices. The session focuses on preparing both the physical and emotional space needed for productive group work, while developing the skills to guide discussions, manage dynamics, and support groups to reach meaningful and useful outcomes.

Who can apply?
The Academy is for people working in health and social care, including NHS colleagues, voluntary and community sector teams, and innovators in the health-tech space living, working or planning to work in the West of England.

All Academy events are free to attend, unless otherwise stated. Please note that places are limited and in all cases will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Your booking onto an event constitutes a binding agreement. Please note that for any events, booked delegate places where there is non-attendance on the day without prior notification, may incur a cancellation fee to cover venue/catering costs.
If you cannot attend an event, please cancel your booking via the event website or email us directly at healthinnowest.academy@nhs.net at your earliest convenience to ensure your place can be taken up by somebody else.
