Welcome to the fourth HUG Heroes Power Session — HeroFlow: The Power to Focus.

HeroFlow helps children learn how to steady their attention, move with rhythm, and stay with what they are doing in a calm and gentle way. Through story, play, movement, imagination, and neuroscience-informed activities, children and parents will journey through the world of HeroFlow — from flowing rivers and gentle streams to waterfalls, waves, and deep calm waters.

Throughout the session, children will explore playful tools designed to support focus, body awareness, rhythm, attention, and learning readiness. HeroFlow teaches children that focus does not always mean sitting still — sometimes it begins with finding their flow.

HeroFlow helps children begin to understand:

• How rhythm and movement can support focus
• How to stay with an activity one step at a time
• How to notice when their attention drifts
• How to return gently to what they are doing
• How to find calm focus without rushing or forcing
• How the body can help the brain feel steady and ready

This session introduces simple, child-friendly tools inspired by attention, nervous system regulation, sensory awareness, and embodied learning — all delivered through imagination, movement, story, and connection.
