P•ART•S Connecting to All of You - 6 Week Online Art Therapy Group Inspired by IFS

Wed 7 Oct 2026 9:30 AM - Wed 2 Dec 2026 11:30 AM PDT Online, Zoom

P•ART•S is a 6-week online art therapy series designed to help you connect with your whole self through art and compassion. Inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, the invitation is to see all parts of you as valuable and important, even those you would like to change. By embracing the parts that make us unique, we can gain a better understanding of ourselves which can be validating and empowering.

What to Expect Each Week

Each week, we focus on the core traits of your true self (The 8 C's: Calm, Clarity, Confidence, Connected, Courage, Compassion, Creativity, and Curiosity).

Learn: A gentle intro to IFS concepts. Create: 50 minutes of open art-making, journaling, or reflecting. Share: A supportive space to share your experience (only if you choose to).

Facilitated by: Professional Art Therapists Jessica Clarke & Sandy Dickson, members of the Canadian Art Therapy Association

Jessica Clarke - I am an Art Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) located in Vancouver, BC. I am a mother of two, and a caregiver to my eldest who is non-speaking with special needs. I have a background in visual arts and am passionate about supporting others on their journeys to self-discovery and empowerment with art and expression.

Sandy Dickson - I am an Art Therapist living in Nelson, BC. I work part-time as a support worker for adults with diverse abilities and my background is in education and human services. I have always enjoyed exploring art-taking classes and trying out new mediums. I have come to realize how my creativity is a way of being and that I express it in many different ways, and most importantly, engaging in creativity feeds my soul, and soothes my nervous system, and I love inviting others to reconnect to their own creativity as a source of hope and inspiration.
