Thursday Night Table Reservations!

Welcome!

Before you get started on reserving a table, there are just 5 things you need to read first!

1) Please add to the form as many friends as possible. As soon as you know the rest, please email them to us (heartlandhomeschoolprom@gmail.com) as soon as possible. The deadline for sending in the names of your table guests is Sunday, March 1st, 2026. After March 1st, all extra seats at your table will be filled for the night of prom. 

3) If you are buying the table reservation AND sitting at the table (i.e., a student booking for their group), you will need to put your name down in one of the guest columns!

2) When you buy a table reservation, it will send you a QR code ticket (like the one you got registering for prom); only the first name you put down will appear on that ticket, but rest assured that if you put down more than one name, it will show up with all of the names on our side!

4) You can reserve a full table for 10 students; however, all extra seats at your table will be filled on the night of prom. The same is applied to half-table reservations for up to 6 students. If you are missing names, the deadline for sending in the names of your table guests is Sunday, March 1st, 2026. There will be a form for you to fill out to add names to tables. 

5) When you arrive at the Indiana Roof Ballroom, we will give you a place card with your table number on it--everyone on your reservation will have the same table number.

Pricing:

Half table: $30 (Seats 4-6)

Full table: $50 (Seats 7-10)
