Join us for an inspiring evening where the focus is on the process, not the outcome. I invite you to enjoy being playful with colour and paint in the moment and see where your innate wisdom and creativity takes you.

What to Expect

* 2 hours of nobody wanting anything from you. 

* A welcoming, judgment-free space

* No experience or artistic skill needed

* Freedom to explore and express yourself

* Time to unwind and be present

What’s Included:

All materials provided, plus refreshments

And most importantly a space where you don't have to be quiet and still to find your calm. I invite you to move, talk, make a drink when ever you need it and should you wish to dance and sing along to some classic power ballards while you paint, you are most welcome too.
