Schumann's Dichterliebe & other songs
Join us for a performance of Schumann’s song cycle Dichterliebe (1840), alongside Schubert’s settings of Heine’s poetry from Schwanengesang (1828), performed by baritone Luca Zucchi and pianist Lilly Vadaneaux. Luca and Lilly read Music at Clare College, Cambridge, where they were both choral scholars. Luca is currently studying for a Master’s at the Royal Academy of Music and Lilly is starting her Master’s in piano at the Guildhall School in the autumn.
