Good brand photography is about more than just making your products look lovely in an image, it's about the processes, the personality and the story behind what you create. It's about your inspirations and what drives you to do what you do, that's what customers love to connect with.

This session will be hosted by two talented local creatives and business owners, Sarah Mason and Hannah Nunn. They will be sharing their insights and experiences about creating images that reflect you and help tell the story of your business.

Sarah is a photographer and filmmaker based in Hebden Bridge, working with artists, makers and creative businesses to create natural, honest images.

And Hannah is one of those artists! She makes nature inspired designs for lamps and wallpaper and all sorts of other creations and has worked with Sarah many many times over the years, photographing her work and studio.

Sarah says: "It started with a simple headshot in 2012, I'm sure we'll tell you a story all about that when we see you! We have developed our work together through a number of shoots for promotional use, magazine articles and for Hannah's website."

Hannah adds: "In 2019 Sarah ran her first 'Photography for your Creative Business' workshop and learning how to get my camera off 'auto' and onto 'manual' was like a lightbulb going off. I already had a good eye for a photo but this suddenly gave me control over lighting and mood and gave me so much more confidence in my own pictures. I still hire Sarah from time to time but these skills allow me to keep taking the shots I need to communicate what I am making and doing with my audience on a regular basis. It really empowered me."

Sarah and Hannah will be sharing what they've learned along the way during this session and are really looking forward to sharing the evening with you.

Please book your ticket in advance so that we know numbers and can make sure there's enough space for everyone.
