Healthy Soles is a 12-week fitness program designed for active seniors. The program features weekly walking club meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The program also includes the following:
- BMI/Strength Monitoring
- Flexibility/Walking Time Monitoring
- Free Produce/Meal Kits
- Activities include: group exercise classes, nutrition education classes, and more!
Tuesdays: a walk around Lake Lorna Doone
Thursdays activities:
- August 28th - Biometrics (BMI, Grip Strength, and Blood Pressure)
- September 4th - Cooking Demo
- September 11th - Fall Prevention: Bingocize with Orlando health
- September 18th - Fall Prevention: Bingocize with Orlando health
- September 25th - Seniors First Presentation
- October 2nd - Cooking Demo
- October 9th - Fall Prevention: Bingocize with orlando health
- October 16th - No Class - Board of directors meeting
- October 23rd - Fall Prevention: Bingocize with orlando health
- October 30th - Cooking Demo
- November 6th - Fall Prevention: Bingocize with orlando health
- November 13th - Post Biometrics (BMI, Grip Strength, and Blood Pressure)
