Hebridean Summer Art School

The Hebridean Summer Art School is a native-led initiative founded to celebrate the breadth of creative talent on these islands. Our mission is to create a programme of short courses that celebrates Hebridean craft and creativity, offers visitors a deeper and more meaningful experience of island life, and ensures that local artists are properly rewarded for their skills. By bringing together outstanding tutors and visitors drawn to these islands for their beauty and cultural richness, we create experiences that are genuinely transformative for both — deepening the connection visitors have with this place, and ensuring that the makers who call it home are valued as they deserve to be.
