Join Lorraine for our outdoor Willow Craft Workshop undertaken in the beautiful location at Sussex Prairies Gardens!

There is something about working with Willow that is relaxing and mindful, you have to focus on the task at hand, the only danger in learning the skill of weaving is you could get hooked!

In this 2.5 hr workshop located in the picturesque setting of Sussex Prairie Gardens, you will have the choice of making two of the following crafts: Willow Platter (tension tray); Bird Feeder or Mini Obelisk!

Suitability

The workshop is suitable for Adults and children over the age of 8 yrs and above. Children need to be supervised by a paying adult.

You are welcome to bring your own packed lunch. Refreshments are available to purchase from the Tea Shop.

Tea Shop

From 1st June until further notice the Teashop will operate as a kiosk servicing takeaway teas, coffee and delicious homemade cakes plus Carolines Dairy ice cream which you can enjoy throughout the garden. 

What should I wear?

We recommend you wear comfortable, outdoor clothing and footwear, please also bring a pair of sharp secateurs. You may also wish to bring a pair of gloves, to protect your hands. We have shelter in the barn if the weather is wet.

Hedges & Hurdles reserves the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies.

If the course is cancelled by the organiser for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible and will always endeavour to reschedule your booking for another date, however, if this is not possible a full refund will be provided.
