Full Moon Sounds, Yoga, Releasing 2023 and Intension for 2024 with Helen’s Sound Meditation & Georgina Lynch (Psycotherapist, Intuitive and restorative yoga facilitator) We have collaborated for quite a few years combining Sound, Yoga & Well-Women sessions, plus mini retreats. At a recent planning/ dreaming meeting we have decided to offer pop-ups at various venues, through 2024.

We are thrilled to come together for our first session, on January’s Full Moon, “what is the Full Moon shining a light on” Letting go of last year and to set intentions for the year ahead, through Yoga, Sound and Connection. All within the beautiful space of the Yoga Barn. We hope you will join us.
