Come and experience a Sound Journey Meditation, beside the fire, in the most beautiful shelter amongst the trees in Deer Wood, Loddiswell.  A time to connect  with nature and yourself. 

On arrival, you will be welcomed with a short introduction to the wood and then we will begin a gentle, mindful walk along the main track tuning into our senses, the woodland and the season.

Once we reach the Shelter, all set up ready for you to just lay down and settle. The fire will be lit (maybe not in the summer!) you will be safely held by the Earth, ready to be immersed in the sounds of Gong, Hang Drum, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls and Native Flute, ending with silence as we lay to absorb the nurturing energy and witness the beauty of nature, the changing season, in these serene surroundings.

Tea & Sweet treat before making our way back through the woods.

Please ensure you wear comfortable warm clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather, layers are a good idea, plus extra warm socks and blanket for the Sound Journey, your body temperature may well drop whilst laying down.

The session will go ahead in all weather unless the wind is over 35mph, as the wood then closes. If this occurs payment can be transferred to another date or refunded.

I strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for- first trimester of pregnancy - epilepsy -pacemaker

By attending this event you are confirming that you are fit, well and take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing, during and post event.

Refunds - Apologies but refunds are not be given for events. If for any reason you cannot attend and 48hr notice given,  I will offer you the opportunity to reschedule to a future date/event
