Thrilled to be bringing our Yoga & Sound Collaboration to the beautiful Health Hub in Kingsbridge, with the added luxury of underfloor heating I think you are going to love this space.

Join us for an immersive session that will guide you into calm and stillness through gentle yoga accompanied by a live soothing sound journey

All mats, blankets & lavender eye pillows supplied.

The Studio has its private entrance at the side of the building. There is very limited parking right outside for those attending with mobility problems, otherwise two hour free parking spaces available on the road at the top of Fore Street and surrounding roads. The nearest pay and display parking is Fore Street Car Park, TQ7 1PP

We strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for- first trimester of pregnancy - epilepsy -pacemaker
