Looking forward to offer a Sound Journey / Gong Bath in beautiful Modbury Yoga Barn 

The perfect way to relax, unwind, let go of any stress or tension and connect to body, mind and spirit.

Using a variety of beautiful global instruments including Hangs, Drums, Gongs and Singing bowls you will be immersed in beautiful sounds and vibrations with the intension to lead you on a journey to a place of stillness, deep relaxation and rest.

Venue The Yoga Barn in the garden of Modbury Therapy Centre 35 Church Street Modbury Pl21 0QR

(Opposite The White Heart Modbury - No 35 on blue door, which is on the latch, give it a push as can stick, walk through court yard to the little gate, few steps up to garden, Yoga Barn to the left)

Limited free parking on main road or pay and display Poundwell Meadow Car Park, there are some roadwork starting in Modbury that day but I have been reassured that car parks will be open.

WHAT TO BRING Please bring with you yoga mat (some are available) or something similar to lie on plus a blanket to snuggle under plus anything to make you more comfy for laying down, cushion, pillow etc and Water

So looking forward to sharing my sound journey with you in the beautiful yoga barn

PLEASE NOTE I strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for
- first trimester of pregnancy -epilepsy -pacemaker
