🎃 Sounding in the Season ~ Samhain

Join Helen’s Sound Meditation to celebrate Samhain, the half way between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice we arrive at Samhain marking the end of the harvest season and beginning of winter or "darker half" of the year.

A morning to be inspired by the sea and nature around the Ley. A time to connect to waves, the waves of breath, accepting the waves of thought and to drift with the waves of sound, Gongs, Hang drums, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes and Native Flute. As we reflect on the forthcoming winter, a time to tune inwards and embrace the darker days, to rest and nourish oneself with the reminder “Light is born of darkness”
