Join Helen’s Sound Meditation to celebrate the Autumn Equinox as the sun begins to sink lower in the sky, things are slowing down, August is a busy month in Devon! The leaves are changing colours and trees are shedding what they no longer need. A beautiful time for you to reset and honour yourself and find balance in the changing season.

A morning to be inspired by the sea and nature around the Ley. A time to connect to waves, the waves of breath, accepting the waves of thought and to drift with the waves of sound, Gongs, Hang drums, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes and Native Flute. Reflecting on Autumn and the changing season.
