☀️ Family Sound Meditation (first Monday monthly)

Join Helen’s Sound Meditation for a calm, fun and safe session for the children to explore Sound Meditation.

Calm breath, relaxing the body interweaving the beautiful sounds of Hand pan, Drum ,Koshi Chimes, Singing Bowls, Gong and Native Flute.

Moments of stillness.

Venue ~ The Yoga Barn in the garden of Modbury Therapy Centre, 35 Church Street, Modbury Pl21 0QR

(Opposite The White Heart Modbury - No 35 on blue door, which is on the latch, give it a push as can stick, walk through court yard to the little gate, few steps up to garden, Yoga Barn to the left)

Limited free parking on main road or pay and display Poundwell Meadow Car Park

These sessions are for children accompanied by their adult to explore sound meditation together.
