It has become a little annual tradition for Georgina & I to collaborate on the first Full Moon of the new year.  We are thrilled to bring  RECLAIM YOUR POWER to the Health Hub.

Reclaim your power from within through movement, breath & sound. Release, transmute and alchemise what no longer serves you…..align with your authentic self as you step into 2025. Harness the powerful lunar energy on the first full moon of the year.

All mats, blankets & lavender eye pillows supplied.

The Studio has its private entrance at the side of the building. There is very limited parking right outside for those attending with mobility problems, otherwise two hour free parking spaces available on the road at the top of Fore Street and surrounding roads. The nearest pay and display parking is Fore Street Car Park, TQ7 1PP

We strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for- first trimester of pregnancy - epilepsy -pacemaker
