Sound Journey & Flower Picking Summer 2026

Join me for a soulful afternoon of connection with nature, flowers and sound at South Milton Nursery & Flower Farm.

Flowers can be a reminder that beauty is not separate from us, it surrounds and lives within us, and blossoms when we pause to notice.

We will settle under the canopy of vines and passion flower for an immersive sound journey, for deep relaxation and inner reflection, embracing beauty and stillness.

Followed by a gentle, meander through the flower farm to handpick your favourite flowers.

Tea & Treats and flowers in hand to take home.

All mats and lavender eye pillows supplied PLEASE BRING WITH YOU -A blanket (some people like to bring a sleeping bag for extra all round comfort / warmth) plus anything to make it comfortable for laying down (cushions/pillows etc)

PLEASE NOTE I strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for - first trimester of pregnancy -epilepsy -pacemaker. By attending this event you are confirming that you are fit, well and take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing, during and post event.
