A day of stillness, sound, and summer reflection

As the height of summer arrives and the sun lingers in the sky, we will gather in the peaceful surroundings of South Milton Flower Farm to honour the solstice, a time to pause, and connect with nature and yourself.

Themed around Buttercup Moments 🌼
Inspired by Bridget Anna McNeill, author of The Wild Within

I’ve been deeply moved by this beautiful book and especially the image of a bee resting in a buttercup, gathering warmth, restoring energy, before taking flight again.

This Summer, you’re invited to do the same as we gather for a day of rest, connection, and gentleness. 

We begin the day in gentle connection, to the solstice and buttercups, a welcoming drumming circle to awaken energy, rhythm, and presence.

From there, the pace softens.

Inspired by the meaning of solstice sun standing still this day offers space to slow down, reflect, and simply be.

There will be time to:

• wander through the flower farm
• Pick flowers to take home
• sit quietly in nature
• read, journal, or rest
• connect softly with others, or enjoy time solitude

A nourishing lunch by Feast Kitchen and sweet treats by Lulu Bakes Devon, brings us together in relaxed community.

As the day draws to a close, we will settle into stillness once more, guided by a restorative sound journey, allowing everything to integrate, soften, and settle.

To connect and maybe create your own “buttercup moments” the places and experiences that truly nourish you.Held gently in the fullness of summer and community.

Please note I strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for- first trimester of pregnancy - epilepsy -pacemaker.

By attending any events or sessions you and guests are agreeing you are fit, well and take full responsibility for your own mental, physical and emotional health, safety and wellbeing prior, during and post event.

Refunds - Apologies but refunds are not be given for events. If for any reason you cannot attend and 48hr notice given, I will offer you the opportunity to reschedule to a future date/event.
