We are thrilled to be collaborating once more following our first well-received event, ‘Eremos: The Gift of Quiet in a World of Noise’ back in March.

Together, we’ll continue to explore Eremos through a live, acoustic sound journey, using world instruments celebrated for their resonance and vibrational qualities, weaving Lyndon’s Hand Pan piece of work Expressions of Eremos with five of his beautiful Pans.

Expressions of Eremos an exploration of solitude, wilderness and time. Of retreating to nature for inspiration, and soul nourishment. Moments and memories of profound beauty, connection and awe; as well as, at times, feelings of sadness, overwhelm and grief at how it often feels that humanity is losing its connection with nature, as well as individual personal and spiritual reflection.

Our venue this time is the beautiful yurt at Highwell, set amongst nature, a truly magical and peaceful setting.

This will be a lay-down immersive experience.
An invitation to rest. To listen. To soften.
To be held by sound.
To connect, with nature, with yourself, with the quiet within.

PLEASE BRING A BLANKET plus anything to make you comfy pillow/cushion etc. 
Mats, bolsters & lavender Eye pillows supplied. 

Please note We strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for- first trimester of pregnancy - epilepsy -pacemaker. By attending any events or sessions you and guests are agreeing you are fit, well and take full responsibility for your own mental, physical and emotional health, safety and wellbeing prior, during and post event.
