Join us Laura Tiger Mama Yoga & Helen Sound Meditation for a summer evening of Yoga, Sounds & Flowers, amidst the blooms and beauty of South Milton Flower Farm. An opportunity to slow down, soften, and deepen your connection with nature — and yourself.

Yoga & Sound followed by flower  picking, Tea & sweet treats. 

All Mats, blankets & Lavender eye pillows supplied.

Please note - We strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for- first trimester of pregnancy - epilepsy -pacemaker.

By attending any events or sessions you and guests are agreeing you are fit, well and take full responsibility for your own mental, physical and emotional health, safety and wellbeing prior, during and post event.

Refunds - Apologies but refunds are not be given for events. If for any reason you cannot attend and 48hr notice given, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule to a future date/event.
