Together, we will pick flowers, then guide you into a space where art and sound become tools for inner release and reconnection.

Allow your heart to lead as you connect with the essence of flowers.

No experience needed – just an open heart and a willingness to explore. You will leave relaxed with your canvas and flowers.

All materials & canvas supplied plus picking your bunch of beautiful flowers 

Yoga mats, blankets & lavender eye pillows will be all set up waiting for you to sink into the Sound Journey.

Please note - We strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for- first trimester of pregnancy - epilepsy -pacemaker.

Refunds - Apologies but refunds are not given for our events. If for any reason you cannot attend and 48hr notice given, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule to a future date/event.
