🌺 Summer Yoga, Sound & Flowers

Join us — Faith of Horizon Yoga & Helen Sound Meditation — for a summer evening of Yoga, Sound & Flowers at South Milton Flower Farm.

We’ll ease into a breath‑centred yoga practice that gradually opens into Helen’s spacious sound meditation — held together as one steady, nourishing experience. A chance to settle, soften, feel more connected, and open yourself to the setting around you.

YOGA Faith offers a breath‑centred, adaptable style of yoga — Viniyoga — in the tradition of Krishnamacharya. Her approach is steady, friendly and accessible, supporting ease, clarity and connection. With a background in ethnomusicology and chanting, she looks forward to weaving this breath‑led approach into the soundscape of the evening.

Afterwards, wander the flower farm for flower picking, followed by tea and sweet treats among the summer blooms.
