Hella Good Deeds Launch Party X 2nd Annual Lunar New Year Night Market

On January 25, 2025 we will be hosting our HELLA GOOD DEEDS official launch party as well as ring in the Year of the Snake with our 2nd Annual Lunar New Year Night Market.

Hella Good Deeds ribbon cutting, lion dancing by Pho Hien Lion Dance Troupe, traditional Lunar New Year activities including Li Xi tree and lucky raffles, photo booths, Asian vendors, food trucks, and performances by our co-emcees actor/comedian Elizabeth Frances and singer/songwriter Richi Ramos, featuring DJ N.A.M. and DJ WilliWow, K-Pop Dance Group Ethereal, Bollywood Dance Group MI Square Dance Academy, and Kansas City's Japanese Barbie Lana Luxx.

We will also have a community altar to honor our Ancestors and beloved family and friends who have passed on. If you have someone you would like to honor on the community altar for future events, please email a digital photo of them to lien@hellagooddeeds.org. 

Kids activation area from 6-8pm, sponsored by Foreign Language Academy's Chinese Immersion Program, full of fun interactive cultural & heritage learning activities like play-dough dumpling making and more!*

*Children/Individuals under the age of 18 years old do not have to be registered. At check out, there will be a question asking how many children will be attending with you. Please only mark the amount of children under one parent/guardian ticket.
