HelloHope was launched in 2024 by Ellie MacDonald following the death of her dad to suicide and having experienced poor mental health herself.

HelloHope runs a variety of mental health and suicide prevention training courses and aims to get as many people as possible trained in mental health and suicide first aid to be able to understand the signs that someone may be struggling and gain the tools, resources and confidence to be able to intervene and get the person to a place of safety and hope.
