Join us with Helston Chamber Orchestra in the magnificent acoustics of St Michael’s Church for an inspiring evening of music that honours remembrance, unity, and hope for a more peaceful future.

The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace by Karl Jenkins was voted No.1 in the Classic FM Hall of Fame this year. Blending powerful choral writing with evocative melodies from around the world, this dramatic work speaks to the heart and resonates deeply with audiences of all ages.

To open the concert, we will perform Lauridsen’s O Magnum Mysterium, a melodic point of meditative calm before we begin Jenkin’s Armed Man Mass.

Running time: 1 hour 15 minutes, including a 15 minute interval
