Chef Neil Davidson, a culinary talent in the Portland area, may feel like a hidden gem—but we quickly realized we weren’t the only ones who had discovered him. With 14 years of experience, starting in California's wine country at the French Laundry, he then honed his craft at the prestigious Château Saint Paterne in France, where he mastered the art of French cuisine. 

We are honored to welcome Chef Davidson as he brings his artistry to Helvetia Winery's Valentine's Day Dinner, crafting a whimsical and delicious menu catered to this special day.
