Wine & Cheese Pairing Class: Wood is Good!
Wine & Cheese Pairing Class: Wood is Good!

Do you know how essential wood is to cheesemaking? It's the tie that binds, and it has much-needed absorbent properties for safely aging big wheels of raw milk cheese. Without wood, we'd have boring cheese indeed!
Let's pay tribute to the wood while sampling cheeses such as bark-wrapped unctuous cheese, wood-aged raw milk cheeses, and more. Just in time to choose specialty cheeses for the holidays and pair them perfectly with our fine wines.
