Cylch Dynion Henbant Men's Circle (Fortnightly)

This page is for new men to register their interest in attending the Henbant Men's Circle. 

We will meet fortnightly on a Tuesday evening, 6-8 pm and occasionally plan a longer meeting (roughly once a season) with a workshop, shared meal and sauna. 

A lightly structured series of four rounds of sharing and reflection:
1. Check in and sharing what's alive for you
2. Commitments, accountability and support
3. Meditation 
4. Closing round of sharing with acknowledgements and celebrations
(inspired by the Jungian 'four main masculine archetypes' of the Lover, Warrior, Magician and King) 

Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. Cake and snack donations welcome.
Suggested donation is £6 per session.
