Building Sustainable Relationships
(Pt. 1 - Nov 12th / Pt. 2 - Dec 10th)

In these workshops I want to help people understand more about the specific behaviours, characteristics and experiences that help make interpersonal relationships with others more sustainable, more enjoyable, more useful, more understandable and more enduring.

Alongside this I hope to help you make sense of what is happening when you experience difficulties in any of your relationships. We will not be sorting those difficulties out however! Rather I hope to point you in the directions of what you might do to start addressing them.

It will help us to engage with this if you consider beforehand what you would like to know more about regarding building sustainable relationships, and also, some examples of your experiences of relational difficulty- but you will not be expected to share this information publicly.

About Francis
I am a psychotherapist who works with clients to help them understand themselves and their relationships in the context of their unique life situation. My earlier career was as a special needs teacher helping pupils, school staff, parents and carers understand why some children found it hard to function well in relation to the demands of school life. So all my working life has been about helping people manage themselves and their relationships.

Tea/coffee and cake provided. Registration is free, donations greatly appreciated and cash on the day is fine.

Please try to be on time as 2 hours goes quickly! We’ll be meeting in the classroom, directions below.

*Park in the campsite carpark (https://maps.app.goo.gl/LZXw3rrLDut7Spzq5)
Walk down to the farm through the small gate near the woodchip pile. At the bottom of the orchard, turn left and head down towards the barn and main farm buildings. Walk into the middle of the farm yard and then into the garden opposite the farmhouse. Turn left and walk until you pass the trampoline and the classroom, our meeting place, is right ahead of you.
