Chairman's Enclosure

The Chairman's Enclosure at Remenham Club provides the best view of the finish line and an uninterrupted perspective down the whole course.  

Entry to the Chairman's Enclosure

You can access the Chairman's Enclosure at Remenham Club by purchasing a ticket or by becoming a LIfe Friend of Henley Women's Regatta. There is no waiting list to become a Life Friend and anyone can purchase a ticket.

Life Friends and ticket holders can also book lunches, afternoon tea and parking (except '3-Day Ticket - Under 23' holders) by clicking the pink 'Buy or Donate' button. 

1-Day Ticket (£50 per day)

• Access to the Chairman’s Enclosure for one day of HWR only
• Option to book parking at Remenham Club (£10/day)
• Option to book lunch (£52) or afternoon tea (£30)*

3-Day Ticket (£110) - Buy TWO days, get the third FREE!

• Access to the Chairman’s Enclosure on all days of HWR 2026
• Option to book parking at Remenham Club (£10/day)
• Option to book lunch (£52) or afternoon tea (£30)
• Enamel HWR 2026 badge
• Souvenir programme (retail price £10)
• Option to reserve a front-row table on the Upper Mound (£85/day)

3-Day Ticket - Under 23 (£35)

• Access to the Chairman’s Enclosure on all days of HWR 2026
• Option to book lunch (£52) or afternoon tea (£30)
• Enamel HWR 2026 badge

Available only to those aged under 23 (under 5s go free) on the first day of the regatta.

Life Friend of Henley Women's Regatta (£1,200)

• Lifetime access to the Chairman's Enclosure
• All of the benefits available to Friends in 2026
• One additional Day Ticket for each day of the regatta for a guest
• Option to attend the chairman's Breakfast on Sunday morning at 10am (£20 - book by 6pm on Sunday, 14 June 2026).

*Afternoon tea may be taken in the clubhouse or as a 'packed tea' at a table on the mound - you will be asked to select a preference at the checkout.

Life Friends and their guests and ticket holders will be able to collect their badges at reception on arrival at the Chairman’s Enclosure. Badge must then be brought by each person every day to gain access to the Enclosure.

Lunch and afternoon tea

Seated lunch in the Clubhouse with 3 options of main course:  Baked Salmon, Fillet of Beef or Ginger and Soy Tofu Stir Fried Noodles. All served with hot potatoes and 2 salads, bread and butter.  A choice of 3 desserts plus cream. Freshly brewed coffee, tea or fruit infusion.

Price: £52 per person (book by 6pm on Sunday, 14 June 2026)

Afternoon Tea: available in Classic or Vegan/Vegetarian and Gluten Free, served in the Clubhouse or as a 'packed tea' on the upper mound (you will be asked to select your preferences at the checkout).

Price: £30 per person (book by 6pm on Sunday, 14 June 2026)

Please note that ONLY Life Friends and ticket holders are entitled to purchase lunch, tea and parking, or reserve tables on the upper mound; if you are not a Life Friend or ticket holder and purchase any of these hospitality tickets, you will need to become a LIfe Friend or buy a Day Ticket in order to use them.
